Jaemin Lee, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of New Biology at DGIST, Korea. He finished his B.A. (Agricultural Biology) and M.S. (Entomology) at Seoul National University, Korea and then completed his Ph.D. at the University of Michigan (Cellular and Molecular Biology), U.S.A. Dr. Lee studied cellular stress (endoplasmic reticulum stress) and its role in metabolic diseases like obesity and type 2 diabetes during his postdoctoral research at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, U.S.A.
Dr. Lee joined the Department of New Biology at DGIST in 2016 as a faculty member.
